Refund and Return Policy
Overview
We do not provide refund. Candidate are only allowed to:
- exchange with payment for another class. However no refund will be made for any access.
- exchange with training materials.
However there are some unique cases where you may (subject to management approval) allow to request for a refund:
- change of training dates by trainer or academy
- change of training dates due to emergencies by candidate (with one week advanced notice)
- double or overcharged of credit card
Products and Materials exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned for exchange.
Additional non-returnable or non-exchangable items:
- Absent from course registered without notice and acceptable reason
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Administration Fee
All refund are subjected to an administration fee of RM50.
For tangible products, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it will usually takes two week for payment gateway or bank to complete the transfer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Sponsored Class
If the class was paid by a sponsor or an organization, you are not allowed to exchange date, reselle or ask for a refund.
Shipping returns
To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to: Breakthru Academy, 72-1, Platinum Walk, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
